Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?

No. You can split the payment into two parts. The first payment, at least 60% of the total value, is made before the project starts. The remaining amount is due at the end of Stage 2 (development), before we move into final testing and delivery.

I’m not very tech-savvy. Will you handle everything for me?

Absolutely. We manage the entire process from design to deployment, including domain registration, hosting, app store publishing, and setup of your analytics dashboard. You don’t need any technical knowledge — we take care of it all.

Can I request changes during the development process?

All changes, clarifications, and additions should be made during the onboarding and scope finalisation phase (Weeks 1–3). Once development begins, the approved scope and design are locked in, and no further changes can be entertained. This ensures smooth progress and timely delivery.

I already have a website or app. Can you work with that?

We offer complete revamp services, building your digital presence from the ground up with fresh design, code, and features. We do not work on or modify existing apps directly, ensuring your new solution is modern, secure, and fully optimised.

Does the price include domain, hosting, and app store charges?

Yes. Our all-inclusive package covers your domain registration, hosting, and app store publishing fees. There are no hidden or additional costs — everything is included in the ₹3,50,000 package price (exclusive of GST).

Will I be trained to use the analytics dashboard?

Yes. Once your project is delivered, we provide hands-on training to ensure you can easily navigate and use the analytics dashboard. You’ll learn how to track key metrics, understand customer behaviour, and make data-driven decisions for your business.
